Hosting and Website Security
Ideal Watch Collection is hosted by FastComet, with the website currently served from a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. As part of providing the hosting service, FastComet may process technical information associated with website requests, including IP addresses, request details and server or error logs. The website also uses Wordfence for security and protection against malicious traffic, unauthorised login attempts and other attacks. Wordfence is configured to record security-related traffic only, rather than ordinary page views. These security records may include information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser or user-agent information and details of a login attempt or blocked request. Wordfence security traffic records are normally retained for up to 14 days, unless information needs to be kept longer to investigate a specific security incident or protect the website from continuing abuse. This processing is based on the operator’s legitimate interests in maintaining the security, availability and integrity of Ideal Watch Collection. FastComet may also use subprocessors as part of providing its hosting infrastructure, subject to its data-processing arrangements and applicable safeguards.
Support Emails

Patreon Memberships
Ideal Watch Collection offers optional paid memberships through Patreon. Membership registration, billing and payments take place on Patreon’s platform rather than on idealwatchcollection.com. Ideal Watch Collection does not receive or store members’ payment-card details. Patreon may make limited membership information available to the operator in order to administer membership benefits. This can include a member’s name or username, email address, membership tier, pledge amount, membership status, join date, last charge date and subscription source. This information is currently used only within Patreon to manage memberships and provide patron-only content, additional photographs, polls and related membership benefits. Ideal Watch Collection does not currently export Patreon member lists or use Patreon member information for off-platform marketing. Patreon processes membership and payment information under its own privacy terms. Where Ideal Watch Collection accesses member information supplied by Patreon, it is handled only as necessary to provide the relevant membership benefits.
International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by Ideal Watch Collection may process information outside the European Economic Area. This includes Patreon and the Google account used for limited website backups. Where personal information is transferred internationally, the relevant provider applies the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, which may include adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Cookies and Browser Storage

In the current setup:
- security-related traffic recorded by Wordfence is normally retained for up to 14 days
- routine support correspondence is normally retained for no longer than 12 months and may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed
- limited website backups are kept on a rolling basis for recovery and security purposes, with older scheduled backups automatically replaced
- Patreon membership information is not currently exported or maintained in a separate Ideal Watch Collection database
Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, resolve a dispute, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with a legal obligation. Hosting providers and other independent service providers may also retain limited technical records in accordance with their own security, operational and legal requirements.
Your Privacy Rights
